Policy Details

• Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the booked slot are eligible for a 95% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the slot are non-refundable.
• Bookings you don't show up for are non-refundable.
• If Metro Sports Arena cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
